Personalisation
How do I personalise my jewellery?
On the product page, choose your preferred options such as finish, box choice, name, location, or message depending on the product.
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as your piece will be made specially for you.
Can I choose any name for the name necklace?
Yes. You can enter the name you would like on the product page before adding it to cart.
Please follow the character limit shown on the product page to make sure your necklace can be created correctly.
Can I personalise the map necklace?
Yes. The map necklace is designed to capture a meaningful location, such as where you met, got engaged, grew up, or shared a special memory.
Enter the requested location details carefully so your design can be made as accurately as possible.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
If you notice a mistake, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order.
Because personalised jewellery is made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Each personalised piece is made to order, so delivery time includes both production and shipping.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, product type, and busy gifting seasons. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Absolutely. Our pieces are designed to be meaningful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and special personal moments.
Some products may also offer different box options, including a luxury box where available.
What is Package Protection?
Package Protection is an optional add-on available in your cart. It helps protect your order during shipping for extra peace of mind.
You can choose to add or remove Package Protection before checkout.
Returns & Support
Can I return a personalised item?
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they usually cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the problem and help make it right.
What if I entered the wrong name or location?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to help.
Once production has started, we may not be able to change personalised details.
